The finishing touches are of great value: on the ground floor the floors are in antique Lombard terracotta tiles, recovered over many years from the renovations of other properties in the area; the stairs, as well as the floors on the second floor, are made of chestnut wood, aged 20 years before being treated and laid; all the fixtures are soundproofed.

The ground floor consists of a large and bright lake-view living room, equipped with comfortable sofas, satellite TV, DVD, WI-FI, CD player, a wall bookcase, and a fireplace. Next door is another sitting room with an antique working grand piano. On the same floor are: a double bedroom, with its own private bathroom, also accessible for people with mobility difficulties, a modern, fully equipped kitchen with two ovens, a blast chiller, a large refrigerator with freezer, two dishwashers and a large island. Between the living room and the kitchen is the dining room, with a large antique wooden table that can seat up to 18 people.

To the rear of the kitchen is a bedroom, utility room, with an outside bathroom.

On the second floor are a living room with a terrace another 5 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms and independent air conditioning. Of these, three have a large terrace, two are with a lake view. Each room has its own style, colors and upholstery give each room its own personality, emphasized by the exclusive furnishings.
From the spacious and bright back entrance, of the ground floor, there is access – by a flight of stairs – to the basement. Down a few steps we find the laundry room, with washing machine, dryer and a large sink.

The property is by the lake, a few meters from the public beach. In the large private garden, there is a swimming pool in a great location, facing the lake, and it is heated from the 2nd week of May to the 3rd week of September. Next to it is private parking.
