Mary Baesso started working in an important consulting company where she acquired different skills: back office organization, personnel management, she followed the economic and managerial aspect working side by side with the CEO, but the call of the freelance world was so strong that it pushed her to face new challenges.

Twenty years of experience, the ability to observe and listen with great attention, empathy, the ability to mediate and creativity have allowed her to cooperate with large organizations and companies that have led her to establish strong and lasting relationships.

Her fundamental characteristic of curiosity towards the world and the desire to always improve, has led her today to cover the role of Deputy Director for BARNES COMO dealing with supporting the Director at 360 degrees.
