The works concern the recovery and reuse of the building once intended for spinning mill and located in the Coatesa hamlet in the municipality of Nesso in the province of Como, along the S.S. Lamana overlooking the lake is in an extremely panoramic and sunny position with South/West exposure.
Nesso is a town overlooking the lake and characterized by the path of the Nosè and Tut streams, white and sparkling waterfalls meet at the beginning of the gorge, with a play of water and then flowing into the lake

The building is located on the steep slope of the ancient town and is surrounded on three sides by the stone mule track that connects the state road with the lake pier, located about 100 m away, while on the south side it overlooks the waterfall of the Ravine.
