Villa in Argegno pied dans l'eau

The villa, pied dans l'eau, is located on the western shore of Lake Como, at the foot of the hills of the Valle d'Intelvi, in Argegno, a well-known tourist resort rich in art and culture and with a variety of nature trails ideal for sports and outdoor walks. The location is strategic and allows to reach in less than an hour both the Swiss border and Milan center, as well as, in case of need, the international airport of Malpensa.
The total area measures about 900 m² between the dwelling and botanical gardens. The sound of water accompanied by the magnificent surrounding greenery creates a unique and excellent relaxation setting.
The main entrance is exposed on descending steps and terraces, which offer a breathtaking lake view panorama.
The property stands on two levels.
Living and sleeping area with master bedroom, lake view, on the second floor, while the porch, tavern, cellars and service rooms are on the ground floor.
